Error Code 4446

This is commonly solved by enabling compression on the desktop agent to at least the default level of three. Open the host properties in the MRC application and go to the Remote Options tab to change the compression level.

This is caused by a missing MRC agent file.

Solution
Reinstall the MRC agent on the host computer.

Error Code 50100

This may be caused by forcing a session in the agent.

Solution
Open the MRC agent properties and navigate to General > Session> Force. Clear all the check boxes.

Error Code 56100

This usually occurs during a shared session when the mirror driver is disabled and the Show Remote Cursor option is enabled.

Solution
Do not share session, start the session from the mobile client, enable the mirror driver, or disable Show Remote Cursor.

Error Code 70080

This can occur if you restrict access to certain groups on the MRC agent.

Solution
Open the MRC agent properties and navigate to the Access tab. Clear the Must be a member of one of the following groups check box.

Error Code 70140

This occurs if the remote host is in an interactive service session.

Solution
On the remote host, close the interactive service session.

Error Code 75001

This may occur during a shared session when the desktop client opens a chat session.

Solution
Do not use MRC chat during shared sessions.
